Listed below, you will find the City of Crofton current water rates and policies. If you do not find the information you need, please contact our office and we will provide it for you.

Monthly Water Rates

Residential and Commercial rates are the same.

Minimum Service Charge $42.00+ every 1,000 gallons of water used  an additional $7.00

Water tap fees average $800.00 depending upon the main location.  Please contact the City Office and City Personnel will research your situation and contact you about tap fees.

Sewer Rates

All charges billed monthly.

Residential and Commercial rates are the same at $35.00

Garbage Rates

Residential: One tote is $19.00 Extra tote $11.00
Seniors: Ages 65 and older (must call and ask for special rate) $17.00

Commercial: Pays Arts Garbage  service Directly
