Pool Manager

The City of Crofton is taking applications for the position of POOL MANAGER AND LIFEGUARDS. The Pool Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, management, and maintenance of the City's community pool. This position ensures a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for pool patrons while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. The Pool Manager will supervise a small team of lifeguards and pool staff, and will work closely with the City Treasurer, City Clerk and Mayor to ensure the successful operation of the facility. All interested applicants can pick up a full job description and application at the city office or call 402-388-4766 for more information. LIFEGUARD certification is offered in Yankton in March apply now for space in classes. Applications must be submitted by March 6th 2025.

A GREAT PRODUCT "IRON OUT" HAS BEEN FOUND THAT WILL TAKE THE RUST OUT OF YOUR CLOTHES. IF YOU WASHED A LOAD OF LAUNDRY BEFORE KNOWING THE WATER WAS RUSTY THIS PRODUCT WILL TAKE THE RUST OUT. IT IS SAFE FOR YOUR CLOTHING. IT IS AVAILABLE NOW AT WALMART. IT CAN BE FOUND IN THE PLUMBING AREA.
Police Presence

The City of Crofton now has a contract with the Knox County Sheriffs Department for patroling in the City. The hours are flexible. Call 911 to access them. There is no tractor or semi access on Omaha Street to the Elevator.
