The City of Crofton is taking applications for the position of Pool Manager. The Pool Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, management, and maintenance of the City's community pool. This position ensures a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for pool patrons while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. The Pool Manager will supervise a small team of lifeguards and pool staff, and will work closely with the City Treasurer, City Clerk and Mayor to ensure the successful operation of the facility.
